The showerhead inside is exactly the one you ordered: same three-layer filter, same finish, same performance. Only the paper is in the wrong language. That's what this page is for.

Remove your old showerhead
- Make sure the shower is dry — no slips.
- Turn the head of your old showerhead counter-clockwise (to the left).
- If it's on too tight, use the wrench included in your box to help.
Check your ZERO filter
Your showerhead ships with the ZERO filter already installed inside — the heart of the system. Let's just make sure it's seated properly:
- Turn the front of the showerhead counter-clockwise to open it.
- You'll see a white cylinder inside. That's your filter.
- Check it sits flush, then close it again turning clockwise.
Connect to the new
- Take your shower arm and wrap the thread with the teflon tape included — 2 firm turns, then tear it off.
- Screw your ZERO on clockwise until it's firm and aligned.
- Use the small wrench if you need a little more torque. Don't over-tighten — just make sure it doesn't drip.
Change the filter every 3 months
A small change to keep the big impact on your skin and hair. Your next filter ships automatically every 90 days.
- Make sure the shower is completely off.
- Turn the front of your ZERO counter-clockwise to open it.
- Remove the used filter and seat the new one, making sure it fits flush.
- Close it again clockwise until firm.
If you notice the water flow has dropped, or the benefits don't feel the same, you can swap the filter before the 90 days are up. The filter works by saturation — once it's captured all it can, it stops protecting you.
